Make full use of the Grace.
'For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.'
(1 Corinthians 15:9-10)
What is the Grace of God?
The word 'grace' in the New Testament is directly translated from the Greek word 'charis' and which means: favor.
In 1 Corinthians 15:9-10, Paul brings the word 'grace' to a very ignored context and meaning. He clearly states that the 'Grace of God' was with him, that the Grace of God was not without effect, and that the Grace of God made him work more than all the other apostles.
Grace is not just some sort of 'green light' to do whatever we want. It is an unmerited power. The same power carried effect in Paul and made him work more than all the other apostles of his time. Paul did not consider the Grace of God in him as vain.
As my last message for the year 2017, I would like to say this:
'God has planted Grace in your life. The same Grace should and must have effects in your life and the lives of others around you. The same Grace ( Power) must be manifested and put to work the gifts and visions God gave you. Make full use of the Grace of God in you'.
Certain people received power from above manifested in many forms, but in the same time they have failed to make full use of it. Do not make the same mistake in the upcoming year. Every time you recognize God's empowerment in your life, make sure to make full use of it for the benefits of the Kingdom.
