God is sneakier than the devil

(Before you read my main message, I urge you to read the introduction very carefully.) ******************************************** The Apostle Paul once wrote: 'For we walk by faith, not by sight' (2 Corinthians 5:7) The righteous walk by faith and not according to his/her sight. What is the meaning of 'walking by faith'? 'Walking by faith means living in accordance to what the word of God says in our lives. It means living based on what God tells us regardless of what circumstances look like. Paul wrote: 'Faith comes from hearing and hearing by the word of God' (Romans 10:17) Our faith originates from hearing the Word of God. Our faith does not originate from a new age book, or from a worldly based motivational book, or from worldly wisdom. Faith only comes from hearing the word of God. When we get an assurance caused from hearing anything else other than the word of God, the inside transformation is not called faith but is called certainty. Faith and certainty are two different things with two different sources. What is the meaning of 'walking by sight'? Walking by sight means 'making life choices based on what our senses (inclusive of physical eyes) perceive. Our senses can perceive a lot of things such as the economy, food, hunger, joy, love, politics, crime, etc... Is it always bad to walk according to our senses? Not always. As an example, If you perceive cars coming on the street, it would be absurd to walk on the road in order to get knocked. However, when we hear an instruction from God, then His word must prevail above what we see and feel.In such case, 'walking by sight' becomes destructive. This is the end of my introduction. *************************************************************

GOD IS SNEAKIER THAN THE DEVIL

Though our God is greater, Satan- the enemy, can not be underestimated. Satan has lived for thousands and probably millions of years since he was created and as a result; he has amassed a huge amount of experience. Do you think it is possible to experience a delay in the answer to your prayers? It is very possible. In the Book of Daniel 10, an angel meets Daniel to bring a response to his prayer. But the angel was supposed to have met Daniel three weeks earlier. The reason for his late coming was caused by a demonic ruler, also called the Prince of the Persian Kingdom, who resisted the angel of God. You can read the story in the book of Daniel 10. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where God instructs you to do something but you can't seem to see the provision to the mission He delegated to you? If God instructs you to accomplish something, it would also make sense that He will provide the tools to accomplish his will. Right? However, there can be moments where the provision is NOT visible at all and yet God keeps reminding you to obey His instruction... Based on my experience, God will not press you to obey His instructions without providing the capacity to make it happen. So what is really happening? It is possible that demonic rulers are working at delaying your 'tools and weapons'. But why would God keep telling you on obeying His instructions? The response to this question is plain: 'God keeps telling you to do His will because he has already 'sneaked' your tools and the devil did not see it. Your physical eyes can not see those tools but only when you decide to walk by faith that you will be able to see them.' Can God really act in a sneaky way? Yes, He does and He did it several times in the past. In order to send Jesus on earth, He impregnated a young virgin woman through the Holy Spirit and He convinced a man to marry the virgin and make it look as if he (Joseph) was the real father. God's decision to use Joseph was justified by many reasons but also with the need to conceal the true nature of Jesus who did not need unwanted attention before He reached the time to minister. God sent Jesus in such a stealthy way that King Herod did not know how to kill 'Baby Jesus'. As a result, instead of hitting the right target, king Herod killed all the little boys in Bethlehem (Matthew 2:16). The arrival of Jesus on Earth was so sneaky that it is only after God publicly acknowledges Him (Reference: Matthew 3:13-16) that Satan gets to meet Jesus in Matthew 4. Notice that when Satan meets Jesus -'the Man', for the time, he asks him: 'If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread' (Matthew 4:2) Jesus responded with a scripture. And then Satan took Jesus on the highest point of the Temple and said: 'If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down' .... And Jesus replied: 'You shall not put the LORD your God to the test.' (Matthew 4:6-7) A good number of Bible scholars assume that Satan approached Jesus with his usual tactic of sowing doubt in His mind like he did with Eve in the Garden of Eden. To an extent, I slightly agree with them. BUT, I think that Satan was not sure if Jesus was the Son of God made Man. When he approached Jesus, he is wondering if God is tricking him and this explains why he start the conversation with Jesus by using : 'If...' The word 'If' is used twice by Satan. It also shows that Satan had no clue that Jesus was around thus proving that God is sneakier than the enemy. Notice as well the variation in the way Jesus responds to Satan: 1.In Matthew 4:4, Jesus simply responds with a Scripture. 2. In Matthew 4:7, Jesus tells him: ' you shall not put the LORD you God to the test' . By saying those words, Jesus was telling Satan :'I am your LORD God, don't test me'. And this was the response that convinced Satan of Jesus true nature. This explains why in the third temptation, Satan does not have any doubt anymore and his third offer does not include: 'If you are the Son of God... Can you see how limited in knowledge the devil is? For all those years Satan had no clue that Jesus was around. The tools of your mission are sneaked At times, you will need to understand that the tools needed to accomplish the mission that God has assigned to you, are sneaked. You will only be able to see them with the eyes of faith. But if your life is dominated by things such as: 'junk status, Zuma, Donald Trump, Brexit, the economy, unemployment, etc...then you are less likely to see the tools God has sneaked in your life. I say this because recently, I have decided to make a move on God's instructions. For a while, I expected the tools to come...but they were already there with me...and I have used them up! God sneaked those tools long ago as a response to questions that did not exist! (That is how sneaky God is). He is the 'All-knowing' God and He responds in advance to questions that do not exist yet. Have you ever wondered why you have this specific friend? Why you have this specific job? Why do you have those things in your house? Do not be dismissive to many of the things and people send to you. Because they could be the response to questions that have not occurred yet in your life. Why does God act sneaky? God acts that way because He wants to keep Himself a few steps ahead of his enemy in your life. Notice that God is so sneaky that He will send Jesus back on earth like a thief (reference Revelations 16:15). God is sneakier to the point of withholding the exact date of Jesus return (reference Matthew 24:36). So how do we get a few steps ahead of the enemy? We get ahead of the devil by following the lead of Jesus. The Psalmist says: 'the Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want' (Psalms 23:1). A Shepherd is a person who leads his flock. We can only be ahead of the enemy as much as we follow the steps of the Shepherd. Because Jesus is always ahead. But if we we walk in our own steps, we will fall behind. The flock has to follow the Shepherd; that's how it works. We should not expect to get ahead while following our own lead. When God tells you an instruction, just obey. Even if it does not make sense today...it will make sense in the future. So even when it seems as if the enemy assumes that he is blocking your purpose tools in the 'air', God might have sneaked them already years ago. You will only see those tools once you decide to walk in faith or when the will of God finally prevails above what you see. Stop delaying yourself. So saying that you don't have the tools. If God instructs you, then it has been sneaked! So walk at his lead and make the devil look stupid.
